Meet Eresha – AI Specialist at BearJam
New to the team and already teaching us so much about AI that we didn’t even know existed.
Hello! I’m Eresha, an AI Video Specialist here at BearJam, and this is what a typical day in my life looks like.
Morning
My day starts at 6 a.m. with the best part of my morning — seeing my five-year-old daughter. After getting ready, we have breakfast together, which is one of my favorite moments of the day. Once I drop her off at school, I settle in for work with a good cup of coffee to set the tone.
Workday
I begin by going through emails, checking my schedule, and planning out my tasks. A big part of my role as an AI Video Specialist is keeping up with the latest AI tools and trends, and finding ways to make video production faster, smarter, and more creative. Whenever I get some extra time, I love experimenting with new tools to see how they might improve our workflows.
Most of my days are spent working remotely, but once a week I head into the office. Those days are always a highlight — catching up with the team in person, sharing ideas, and enjoying lunch together at 1 p.m. By about 5:30 p.m., I wrap up work and shift my focus back to family.
Evening
Evenings are all about unwinding with my daughter and spending quality time with my family. Whether it’s playing, chatting, or just relaxing with some TV, these moments mean the most to me. Balancing my passion for AI video with being a dad keeps my days full, rewarding, and meaningful.
