February may be short, but at BearJam, we packed it full of diverse and exciting video production projects. From filming cereal in kitchens and interviews in empty offices to live directing from home and crafting animation for recruitment, we kept creativity high and production moving — even during self-isolation.

With in-person events still on pause, we helped Knight Frank bring their thought leadership to life through video content for virtual events. We filmed a series of conversational interviews at their near-empty Baker Street HQ, using a natural discussion-led approach to put contributors at ease.
To complement the in-person content, we also captured remote interviews and tied everything together with a consistent graphic treatment in post. The result? A professional, polished set of event-ready films that maintained authenticity without feeling overly formal.
Next up: granola. We turned a kitchen into a full-on tabletop video studio to film content for Jordans Cereal, showcasing their Super Berry and Super Nut granolas across multiple social platforms.
Using dual cameras to capture footage simultaneously for Instagram Stories and YouTube 16:9, we maximised efficiency without compromising quality. We even broke out the pro lens kit for some gorgeous macro detail shots — and yes, that milk was actually PVA glue (our top tip for food styling that lasts all day on set!).
One of the month’s biggest challenges — and proudest moments — was delivering a live event video production for Ryvita, hosted by none other than Davina McCall. The livestream included a workout, a cook-along, and a panel discussion, with multiple crews across different UK locations.
Then came the curveball: I had to self-isolate due to a positive COVID case at home. But thanks to BearJam’s rock-solid production team, we enacted our contingency plan. Tristan stepped in on set while I directed remotely via video call. The show went off without a hitch — a true team effort.
We were delighted to start work with a new client, Historic England, on a recruitment campaign video. The brief? Promote a specific job role in a fresh, engaging way. Our response: a voiceover-led animation using their own photography, delivered with a contemporary tone to stand out from traditional job listings. We’re excited to see how it performs.
Another outing with Dr. Megan Rossi (The Gut Health Doctor) saw us back in the studio filming a presentation to camera for her ongoing partnership with Usana. This time, the Usana team — based in the US — were able to join us live via video call, offering feedback and approvals in real time as we filmed.
This is exactly the kind of hybrid shoot model we’ve perfected, enabling international teams to collaborate smoothly — no matter where they are in the world.
We’ve just won a new brief with the UK Anti-Doping Authority, and we’re already racing into production. More on that in next month’s vlog…
From corporate interview shoots and home-based food styling to live event streaming and animation for HR, February was a month that truly showed off the versatility and adaptability of the BearJam team.
