September Update - Hitting the Ground Running

I thought August was busy, but September has taken things to another level – and in the best way possible. We’ve hit the ground running with shoots, projects, and new opportunities pouring in across all formats ( I love it being busy). And our Founder even competed his first triathlon !! ( Whoop whoop)

Soooo let me start with shoots!!.....

UBS – 3-Day Shoot in the City

We kicked things off with a three-day shoot for UBS in the City. Call time was 6:30am (ouch), but being an early bird definitely paid off – there’s something special about being up before the city fully wakes. The clients were fantastic, and our host couldn’t have been more welcoming. We followed him through a “day in the life” – from walking the dog in the morning to wrapping up with dinner with his family.

Quick foodie tip: if you’re into amazing food and cocktails, check out Lina Stores in Shoreditch. It’s in a converted old bank, and the underground vault has been transformed into a speakeasy-style cocktail bar. Definitely worth a visit.

Landsec

We’ve also been working closely with Landsec, filming across three days this month. John will share more about this….

Bringing "This is Personal" to Life - From John

The "This is Personal" campaign for Landsec required three intensive filming days across multiple locations—from MYO Piccadilly to Timber Square, The Forge, and New Street Square—with countless work permits to coordinate. What could have been a logistical challenge became seamless thanks to the partnership between BearJam and Landsec. Everyone worked as one unified team, and every participant—from reception staff to engineers, cleaning teams to portfolio managers—brought genuine enthusiasm that made the documentary-style approach feel effortless and authentic.

What struck us most was experiencing firsthand the culture we were there to capture. The warmth, attention to detail, and personal touch that Landsec is known for wasn't manufactured for the camera—it was evident in every interaction throughout the shoot. That authenticity is what makes the final film resonate. You don't just see people at work; you feel what it's like to be part of an environment where personal service and partnership are lived values, not just corporate messaging.

FIFPRO – Football Shoots

Another highlight: filming for FIFPRO across multiple clubs — Manchester United, Everton, Wolves, Hamburg, Basel, and London.

Jake S and I (Phoebe) have been busy coordinating much of the logistics behind the shoots. From finding gyms to film in Hamburg to working around the unpredictable schedules of professional footballers (no small feat!), it’s been a whirlwind.

For those who don’t know, FIFPRO is the global football players’ union. Their mission is to support players both on and off the pitch — whether it’s fighting for maternity rights, tackling unfair wages, or ensuring players are treated fairly throughout their careers.

James and Jake have been on the ground, travelling far and wide to capture these stories… more to come shortly. Keep your Eyes peeled!

Kings Cross Recce

We also scoped out a new project in Kings Cross. Honestly, the vibe there is unmatched  - and if you haven’t explored Coal Drops Yard, add it to your list. I ran a race there back in June and loved it.

Startups & AI Projects

On top of that, we’ve been filming with some really exciting startups and AI companies – it’s always refreshing to capture that innovative energy. So keep your eyes and ears peeled! If you have any fun AI projects you would like help with- please do let me know!

So Many Projects, So Many Formats

From long-form and short-form to animation, AI, audio, multi-language content – the variety has been amazing. Our editors have been flat out with work (and yes, I’ve been piling on BTS content requests too – I’m sure they’re thrilled). But marketing is key, and I’ve been nudging everyone to share behind-the-scenes clips, blogs, quotes, and weekly highlights. If you haven’t checked those out yet, do – they’re fun, authentic, and really show who we are.

Anyway over and out for September and come back next month for a full BTS but in the meantime make sure you keep up to date with all our goings on from Instagram to Linkedin and everything in between. And if you need any help with any projects let us know and we would love to jump on a call with you !

Bye for now see you soon Your trusted Editor Phoebe xoxo
