The Ask

A video that showcases all the software capabilities of Osprey Iris, the company’s back-office system. The video should highlight the number and variety of chargers managed, charger uptime and fault identification, customer support, data, fleet management, and flexible payment options. At its core, the film should answer: why does Osprey Iris matter? The system was built from practical experience, designed in-house rather than purchased off the shelf, to enable new products and services such as fleet integration, subscription models, discounts, and rewards. Iris allows Osprey to remain hardware agnostic, select the best hardware for each location, eliminate reliance on external parties for core operations, and provide a scalable solution for the company and third parties now and in the future.

The Answer

We created a visually dynamic, narrative-driven video that brings the power and impact of Osprey Iris to life. Combining carefully selected archive footage with bespoke shots captured at the Osprey office, the film presents a cohesive and authentic view of the platform and its benefits. A split-screen and mosaic aesthetic allows multiple panels of footage to slide fluidly in and out, emphasizing connectivity, technology, and the seamless flow of data across the network.

Sound design enhances the storytelling, incorporating subtle audio cues like charger clicks, machine hums, and transaction beeps to reflect Iris’s smooth, efficient operation. A compelling voiceover guides viewers through the system’s capabilities, illustrating how Iris supports hardware flexibility, fleet integration, and scalable innovation. The result is a modern, engaging, and visually striking film that explains not just what Osprey Iris does, but why it matters for the future of sustainable transportation.
