Netflix came to us to create a promo for their new movie “Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga”, the release of which coincided with the height of the covid pandemic. Our challenge was to remote-capture legendary Eurovision contestants as they watched the film for the first time from their homes. 

the answer.

We utilised our vMix expert, allowing us to mix and switch users and footage, live and in HD - all via a URL. It got technical for us but for the talent, it was as simple as A, B, C.  We played clips from the film while we directed and recorded the sessions ready to be edited together by the BearJam team. Our edit was focused on some sneak peek clips from the film and the hilarious reactions from homegrown British talents Blue, Bucks Fizz, Scooch, and Joe and Jake, plus international favourites Courtney Act (Australia) and Conchita Wurst (Austria).
