The ask:
The Knight Frank Global Data Centres team wanted a dynamic, engaging brand awareness video that highlights their global presence, expertise, and rapid growth in the sector. The film needed to showcase their ability to operate swiftly and efficiently across 27 countries while presenting a fun, approachable, and professional image. The aim was to position the team as a global leader in the data centre industry—capable of delivering exceptional results in record time—all within a fast-paced, energetic narrative.

The answer:
We produced a fast-paced, personality-driven video that positioned the Knight Frank Global Data Centres team as experts with character. Shot across multiple data centre locations, the video combined dynamic moving and static shots, with team members delivering lines directly to camera to create immediacy and engagement.

The narrative was anchored by Global Head Stephen Beard, who introduced and closed the video, reinforcing the team’s expertise and leadership. Between his segments, team members delivered key insights with a balance of professionalism, humour, and personality. Educational explainer moments added value, covering topics such as the power demands of data centres and the impact of AI and cloud storage on sector growth.

The edit closed with a light-hearted blooper reel that showcased the human side of the team, adding warmth and relatability to their professional image. The result is a dynamic brand film that captures both the authority and approachable character of Knight Frank’s Global Data Centres team, while reinforcing their position as global leaders in the industry.
