The Ask
The client, IQ-EQ, wanted to position themselves as trusted RegCom experts through engaging expert conversations. The objective was to clearly communicate: “We are the experts, trusted, knowledgeable, and we’re here to help. We got this!”
The target audience included existing clients, prospects, RIAs (Registered Investment Advisors), private equity and debt funds, and alternative asset managers.
The deliverables required:
- 5 videos, each in 3 versions:
- Website: 90 sec–2 min
- LinkedIn snippets: 5–10 sec
- YouTube long-form: 5–6 min
- Total: 15 core deliverables plus teasers
- Strategic distribution across website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and potentially LinkedIn/Google ads
- Mini-campaign planning per video to align with timely regulatory topics
- Supporting materials such as white papers for technical details
The Answer
We structured each conversation into a clear narrative that highlighted IQ-EQ’s expertise while keeping the content concise and audience-focused. Key insights were extracted and adapted into multiple cuts per video to match platform-specific engagement patterns.
Editing and motion graphics were used to create eye-catching LinkedIn snippets and teasers, while long-form versions maintained depth and authority. We implemented a mini-campaign strategy for each release, timing content around relevant regulatory developments to maximise engagement and relevance.
The final output delivered 15 polished videos and teasers, fully aligned with IQ-EQ’s messaging, visually engaging, and strategically optimised for multiple platforms—positioning them as approachable yet authoritative experts in RegCom.
